Business Immigration - Investors
You may apply for permanent residence in Canada as an Investor if:-
You have at least two years of business experience (i.e. you have either managed a qualifying business for at least 2 years in the period beginning five years before the date of application, or managed at least five full-time employees per year in a business for at least two years in the period beginning five years before the date of application, or a combination of these conditions).

You have a net worth of at least C$800,000 - alone or with your accompanying spouse - that was lawfully obtained and are willing to make an investment of C$400,000 in Canada. This money will be kept by the Canadian government and after five years will be returned to the investor. All the money is guaranteed by the Canadian government.

You must also show that you have enough money to support yourself and your dependants after you arrive in Canada.

You are able to obtain a minimum of 35 points in the business immigration selection point system.

You meet medical and security requirements.
